Where this started

A coconut, a roadside sale, and no change.

The founder saw a Cook Islands seller lose an ordinary sale because a visitor had no small cash and there was no simple digital alternative. IN$DEX began with that practical question: what would work for her, on her phone, without requiring her to become a technology expert?

The Mama Noe Test is the citizen-facing standard: plain words, clear choices, voice and typed access, no hidden promise, and no feature labelled live before a real person can complete it.

This is the intended public-pilot path. It remains labelled planned until a real citizen can complete every step reliably.

Enter a phone number and verify the one-time code. No identity document or face scan at Tier 0.

Choose your name

Select a name.IN$DEX credential. It is an IN$DEX namespace—not automatically a conventional web domain, bank account or legal identity.

Activate your portal

Enter the citizen portal and see only the tools that have passed testing and are genuinely available.

A permanent doctrine—not a live smart-contract claim.

IN$DEX is committed to citizens retaining 98% while 2% supports the Civilisation Fund. The public build must not describe this as immutable on-chain enforcement until independently verified deployed code makes that true.

Sovereign and decentralised

Direction with honest dependencies.

The long-term design is citizen sovereignty and decentralisation. Today, the website and SIINDEX Visitor Mode still use ordinary hosted infrastructure and external voice and language providers. Those dependencies are disclosed instead of hidden.

INDX status

Verified facts before promotion.

INDX exists as a fixed-supply Solana SPL token under the original Token Program, not Token-2022. The reported supply is 100,000,000 with mint and freeze authorities revoked. Distribution and liquidity remain paused pending reconciliation and specialist review.

No investment promise

USD $0.24 is a proposed genesis price, not a live market price. There is no approved APY, guaranteed return, price target or promise of income. “50 INDX recognition – pending review. Not yet spendable.” is the only approved welcome-recognition wording.

Core product stability freeze. After this date: bug fixes, copy corrections and approved pre-launch content only.

Cook Islands demonstration and interview readiness for community leaders, media and digital-asset organisations.

Optional soft/private pilot only, if readiness gates pass.

Target for a controlled public pilot—not a guarantee that every roadmap feature launches that day.
