In progress in the Cook Islands for Image Nation DEx Limited. No invented certificate.

Are wallets and payments live?

No. Visitor tools and SIINDEX public modes are live. Money rails are not.

Why not centralized payment apps?

Solana-native doctrine only. Centralized onramps are out of programme.

Free yourname.IN$DEX domain?

Programme doctrine; issuance not live. Children: parental keys until 18.

Education for Cook Islands and Pacific?

All tracks planned: business, language, stewardship, digital finance, courses, trades. Full academy not live yet.
