Doctrine: Jarvis was built for one billionaire. SIINDEX is built for unbanked citizens.

• Preview: mission queue, tool matrix, daily brief, STOP ALL — architecture demo on Voice Command OS (device-local; not full tool execution).
• Rule: prepare safe steps; citizen approves sensitive actions; system must be stoppable.

3. Intended use

• Answer public questions about the IN$DEX brand, status, Cook Islands context, and doctrine.
• Support media, organisations, and diligence with consistent, brand-first answers.
• Demonstrate honest pre-launch status and the citizen-first voice OS direction.

4. Out of scope / prohibited uses

• Opening accounts, moving funds, holding keys, or processing payments.
• Inventing licences, completed registration, or government approvals.
• Stating a live public market price for any token (USD $0.24 is genesis reference only).
• Claiming full autonomous corporate control without founder oversight.
• Claiming lip-synced speaking video until an AJ-approved speaking master is published.
• Treating Voice OS mission numbers or payout demos as live account data.
