What is available
The public site and SIINDEX Visitor Mode explain brand, status and Cook Islands context. They cannot open a wallet, move money, issue a domain or bind the founder to a transaction.
Waitlist and Tier-0 email preview are tests: an email code may create a preview citizen row. That row is not a funded account.
What is not available
Live wallets, Solana Pay settlement, remittance, marketplace, cards, governance votes that move funds, yield, insurance, MPC / Grid custody and INDX public distribution are not public services today. A HTML prototype does not make a feature live.
Children
If a Tier-0 preview records a date of birth under 18, a guardian email is required. Parental recovery keys for a future domain are doctrine, not a live key system on this site.
INDX and 98/2
USD $0.24 is a genesis reference, not a live market price. 98/2 is project doctrine until independently verified deployed code exists. Nothing here promises profit or APY.
