What is available
The website explains the IN$DEX vision, public status and roadmap. SIINDEX Visitor Mode can answer informational questions by voice or text. It has no account access, private-data access, signing authority, custody, transaction authority or power to bind the founder or a future company.
What is not available
Citizen onboarding, name.IN$DEX credentials, wallets, payments, remittance, marketplace, card, governance, yield, insurance or transaction protection, financial-agent execution and INDX distribution are not public services today. A screen or prototype does not make a feature live.
INDX information
INDX is reported as a fixed-supply Solana SPL token under the original Token Program, not Token-2022. Distribution and liquidity are paused pending reconciliation, specialist review and founder approval. Any proposed genesis price is not a live market price. Nothing on this website promises profit, APY, passive income, price growth or token allocation.
50 INDX recognition
The approved wording is: “50 INDX recognition – pending review. Not yet spendable.” It is not an unconditional entitlement, cash value, delivered balance or invitation to invest.
98/2 doctrine
The 98/2 Civilisation Law is a permanent project commitment. It must not be understood as verified immutable smart-contract enforcement unless and until independently verified deployed code makes that true.

Do not attempt to overload, bypass, probe or misuse the website or its voice services. Do not submit illegal material or sensitive credentials. Never provide a password, seed phrase, private key, identity document or confidential account information to SIINDEX Visitor Mode.
Accuracy and availability
IN$DEX aims to distinguish LIVE, PRIVATE TESTING, PLANNED, PAUSED and UNKNOWN. Pre-launch information can change after testing or legal review. Services may be interrupted, limited or withdrawn while the build is stabilised.
External services and links
SIINDEX Visitor Mode uses external providers for language generation, transcription and speech. External websites have their own terms and policies. IN$DEX is not responsible for an external site merely because it is linked.

Image Nation Dex Limited is intended as a Cook Islands entity; registration has not yet been filed. Questions can be sent to imagenationdex@gmail.com. These website terms will be replaced or expanded before any regulated or transactional service opens.
