Opening a dispute here creates a real record IN$DEX can act on — visible to you and the seller. There's no automated escrow or mediator matching yet (that part is still preview) — for now, resolution is handled directly between buyer/seller with IN$DEX visibility.

🛡️ How Buyer Protection Works Today

Open a dispute: If something's wrong with a real order, open a dispute. This creates a real, permanent record — not a preview.

Add evidence: Describe the issue and note any evidence. It's attached to the real dispute record.

Resolve directly: Right now, resolution happens between buyer and seller directly (contact them outside the app) — IN$DEX keeps the record so there's a paper trail.

Smart-contract escrow that actually holds payment, automatic seller response deadlines, and Wisdom-Score-gated community mediation are not live yet. Today's version gives you a real, permanent dispute record — not automated fund holding or mediator matching.

⚠️ Abuse Policy

False or malicious disputes reduce your Wisdom Score. Repeated abuse results in account suspension. IN$DEX protects both buyers AND sellers.
